A successful and experienced early stage venture investor in enterprise and consumer technology, Jim Armstrong has established himself as a leading investor based in Southern California. Jim has 19 years of technology investment experience, and has generated multiple large exits through IPOs or mergers and acquisitions from companies he either incubated or participated as the first institutional investor.
Sumant Mandal has 12-years of technology investment experience, and has generated multiple meaningful exits in companies he has either incubated or been the first institutional investor. Sumant has supported numerous companies’ attainment of market dominance, including The Rubicon Project (NYSE:RUBI), the world’s largest display advertising company, and BillDesk, India’s leading electronic payments company.
Gregory Milken is a co-founder of March Capital Partners, and has 15-years of entrepreneurial and operational experience. He was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of AltEgo, a cloud-based technology and gaming company. Prior to AltEgo, Gregory was a senior executive at Knowledge Universe, a privately held education company, and worked in business development at Fox and Warner Bros.
Jamie Montgomery is a co-founder of March Capital Partners, and has 19-years of growth stage technology investment experience with multiple successful exits achieved. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Montgomery & Co, a leading Los Angeles-based investment bank for the support of technology focused growth stage companies.

Investment and Operations Staff
Eric Shultz Associate
Eric joined March Capital Partners as an Associate in 2016. Previously, Eric was a management consultant at Bain & Company in LA, where he worked in the Private Equity Group and advised clients in the media, technology, and utilities sectors. Prior to Bain, Eric was in the Leveraged Finance Group at Jeffries LLC in New York. Eric is an LA native and studied Economics at Yale University, where he pitched as the closer on the baseball team.
Jed Leidheiser Associate
At March Capital Partners, Jed invests in and works with passionate entrepreneurs. He previously focused on enterprise investing at Work-Bench Ventures in NYC. Earlier, Jed was a Senior Manager at Accenture and long-term consultant for Goldman Sachs.
Dana Moraly CFO
After 15 years as Chief Financial Officer for Clearstone, Dana joins the Investment Team at March Capital Partners. Dana is also the acting CFO for The Hive, The Fabric, and a number of their affiliated companies.
Craig Reston Controller
Controller at Clearstone Ventures for 13 years and previously an auditor with Ernst & Young. Craig has also worked as a consultant for numerous affiliated companies, including Montgomery & Co, The Fabric and The Hive.
Rita Cardenas Accountant
Joins March Capital Partners after spending the previous 14 years as the Accountant at Clearstone Venture Partners. Rita has also provided accounting services for affiliated companies such as The Hive and The Fabric.
Meg Simpson Administrative Assistant
Meg joined March Capital Partners in March 2017 and supports Jim Armstrong and Sumant Mandal. Her responsibilities at March Capital extend to broader range of firm efforts such as investor relations and associated fundraising activities. Prior to joining March Capital, Meg served as COO for a Santa Monica veterinary tech startup. Previously, she was an attorney for Rogut McCarthy Troy in Philadelphia. Meg received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Yale University. At Yale, Meg played for the Women’s Basketball team and served as the team’s captain her senior year.
Lauren Holsinger Administrative Assistant
Lauren joined March Capital Partners in the Fall of 2016. She supports Jamie Montgomery and Gregory Milken and also plays a major role in the firm’s marketing and brand building initiatives. Before coming to March Capital, Lauren spent a year in Miyazu, Japan teaching English as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Lauren graduated from the University of Florida, where she received a B.A. in both International/Global Studies and Japanese Language & Literature.
