Cisco “Frank” Liquido is Vice President at March Gaming, where he focuses on fundraising as well as platform and portfolio company operational improvement. Prior to joining March Gaming, Frank held leadership roles as an entrepreneur and operator in the fintech and digital transformation space, ranging from a $20mm MBO to a >$1b NASDAQ traded entity.

As the CEO of a mobile payments firm addressing the then-niche EMV space, Frank designed and launched one of North America’s first mobile-ready chip payments systems designed for remote service providers.  After a successful exit to a strategic, Frank helped lead a publicly traded digital automation firm from its initial SPAC, eventually serving as its chief revenue officer, overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, product development and customer relationship management.

While earning his M.B.A at IESE in Barcelona, Frank worked full-time and part-time at Ariol Capital. Pre-M.B.A., Frank served as an investment professional at Lehman Brothers, Bessemer, and The Carlyle Group.  He founded, ran, and exited his first company (an online busing platform) with March Gaming partner Louis Gresham while earning his B.A. at Yale.  Frank is an active member of the Association of Asian American Investment Managers (AAAIM), St. Anthony Hall, and Teneo.  He is also on the board of the Joyce Heftel Endowment for the Arts.

Frank resides in Orange County with his New York sweetheart and three daughters and is proud of the fact that the company co-founded with Mr. Gresham is still serving the Yale-New Haven community today.
