Brad Weirick

BRAD WEIRICK Partner & General Counsel

Brad is a Partner and General Counsel of March Capital. Brad has joined March Capital after a 35-year career at Gibson Dunn, where he was Co-Chairman of the firm’s Emerging Companies Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Corporations Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions and public and private securities offerings.

Throughout his career, Brad has represented entrepreneurs, public and private companies and venture capital investors (including March Capital). He brings his deep knowledge of venture capital, M&A and corporate governance to our investment team’s growing skill set. At March Capital, he is responsible for overseeing investment structuring, portfolio company governance and exits, strategic transactions and compliance – and will be a key part of our operations team and overall strategic planning.

Brad began his career at Gibson Dunn in 1986 after earning his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.  He did his undergraduate work at Dartmouth College, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.  Brad has been recognized over the years in various legal publications, including recognition in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading Corporate/M&A: Venture Capital Lawyer. He is also active in the community and is a long-standing member of the board of directors of St. Anne’s Family Services, Inc.


Dana Moraly

Dana Moraly

DANA MORALY Partner; Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Dana serves as Partner and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for March Capital having joined the firm at the time of its founding in 2014. Dana brings over 22 years of experience in her role having previously worked as CFO at Clearstone Venture Partners.

Earlier in her career, Dana was responsible for overseeing the finance and operations of seven international private equity funds at Trust Company of the West. Prior to that, Dana spent six years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a Senior Manager in their buyside due diligence practice and three years as a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche.

Dana received her M.B.A. in finance from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and her B.A. in Economics and Business from UCLA. Dana received the Elijah Watt Sells award for her performance on the CPA exam (top 100 scores out of 57,000 tests taken and top 10 within California).


Zachary Brown

ZACHARY BROWN Vice President, Capital Formation

Zack Brown is a Vice President at March Capital. He joins the firm after having spent three years at ZX Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the largest beer producer in the world. At ZX, he was an operating partner and mid-stage investor of craft beer brands and last-mile delivery platforms across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to ZX Ventures, Zack spent four years at Credit Suisse, where he worked on M&A, equity and debt financing, and restructuring transactions for large industrial clients such as AK Steel, Alcoa, Cliffs Natural Resources, GE, and Peabody Energy.

Zack attended Vanderbilt University, where he received his B.A. in Economics, minored in Corporate Strategy, and graduated a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honors Society.

Zack grew up in New York City. Outside the office, he can be found skiing, golfing, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and rooting for any NY sports team.


Cisco "Frank" Liquido


Cisco “Frank” Liquido is Vice President at March Gaming, where he focuses on fundraising as well as platform and portfolio company operational improvement. Prior to joining March Gaming, Frank held leadership roles as an entrepreneur and operator in the fintech and digital transformation space, ranging from a $20mm MBO to a >$1b NASDAQ traded entity.

As the CEO of a mobile payments firm addressing the then-niche EMV space, Frank designed and launched one of North America’s first mobile-ready chip payments systems designed for remote service providers.  After a successful exit to a strategic, Frank helped lead a publicly traded digital automation firm from its initial SPAC, eventually serving as its chief revenue officer, overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, product development and customer relationship management.

While earning his M.B.A at IESE in Barcelona, Frank worked full-time and part-time at Ariol Capital. Pre-M.B.A., Frank served as an investment professional at Lehman Brothers, Bessemer, and The Carlyle Group.  He founded, ran, and exited his first company (an online busing platform) with March Gaming partner Louis Gresham while earning his B.A. at Yale.  Frank is an active member of the Association of Asian American Investment Managers (AAAIM), St. Anthony Hall, and Teneo.  He is also on the board of the Joyce Heftel Endowment for the Arts.

Frank resides in Orange County with his New York sweetheart and three daughters and is proud of the fact that the company co-founded with Mr. Gresham is still serving the Yale-New Haven community today.

Rita Cardenas

RITA CARDENAS Assistant Controller

Rita joined March Capital at the firm’s inception in 2014 after spending the previous 14 years as the Accountant at Clearstone Venture Partners. Rita also provided accounting services for March’s affiliated companies, such as The Hive and The Fabric.

Earlier in her career, Rita served as the Staff Accountant for Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center where she supported the VP of Finance and Administration and was responsible for various financial functions.

Outside of the office, Rita enjoys spending her time with family, friends, and traveling.

Shannon Irani

SHANNON IRANI Director of Marketing

Shannon joined March Capital in September 2020 and currently leads March’s marketing and platform initiatives.

Prior, she spent several years as a director of The Montgomery Summit. In this role, she collaborated with C-level executives of many leading technology companies such as EY, Nasdaq, Accenture, PayPal, IBM, and CrowdStrike, as well as with senior executives of hundreds of leading private technology companies. She also led the Summit’s expansion of its programs regionally in both New York and San Francisco, and she spearheaded the Summit’s first international events in Melbourne, Australia.

Shannon received her Master of Communication Management with a concentration in marketing from the University of Southern California, where she also graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Business Administration.


Jessica Wang

JESSICA WANG Senior Financial Analyst

Jessica joined March Capital from Guidehouse, a DC-based consulting firm, where she built cash flow models to estimate break-even fees and performed various stress testing and sensitivity analyses. She also worked on the implementation of valuation and credit monitoring reports for loan portfolio risk management.

Prior to Guidehouse, Jessica worked at Deloitte where she performed asset valuations and financial analysis on pension plan investments and evaluated financial data for potential risk indicators and material variances.

Jessica is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), having passed all three exams on the first attempt. Jessica graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Finance and a dual degree B.S. in Supply Chain Management.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, travel photography, hiking, spending time with friends, and trying out new restaurants.


Lauren Holsinger

LAUREN HOLSINGER Manager, Capital Formation

Lauren is excited to return to March Capital in her new role as Manager, Capital Formation. Previously, Lauren was an Account Executive at Promenade Group (originally known as BloomNation), a software company built to empower local, small businesses with their industry-specific platforms in the flower shop, restaurant, and liquor verticals. Lauren set several monthly demo records in her sales development and marketing development roles during her tenure at Promenade.

Lauren first joined March in the fall of 2016 and played a major role in the firm’s growth, supporting the Managing Partners in Operations, Investor Relations, and Marketing initiatives. Additionally, Lauren organized March’s Annual Meeting, managed the firm’s VIP relationships, and participated in weekly fundraising meetings. Before March, Lauren spent a year in Miyazu, Japan teaching English as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program.

Lauren graduated from the University of Florida, where she received a B.A. in both International/Global Studies and Japanese Language & Literature.


Brooke Bowen

BROOKE BOWEN Operations Manager

Brooke joined March Capital in January 2019. As the team’s Operations Associate, she plays an integral role in the overall firm operations, with a specific focus on Human Capital Management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement. She also provides administrative support to Sumant Mandal, Rajan Mehra, and the March Capital Foundation.

Prior to working with March Capital, Brooke spent a year living in a van while exploring Australia’s eastern coast and seven years in New York City working in operational roles at TPG, BlackRock, and Kirkland & Ellis, LLP. Brooke graduated from DePaul University, where she received a B.A. in Economics.

Outside of the office, Brooke spends her time hiking, backcountry camping, skateboarding, scuba diving, and marveling at the botanical world. She’s a proud nature docent at Topanga State Park, and she also volunteers at the Theodore Payne Native Plant Foundation.


Meghan Gross

MEGHAN GROSS Marketing & Communications Associate

Meghan joined March Capital in June 2021 and serves as the firm’s Marketing and Communications Associate.

She started out her career as a Conference Coordinator for The Montgomery Summit and helped produce the 2020 and 2021 Summits. In this role, she organized the presenting companies, controlling logistics for and collaborating with C-suite executives from the top private technology companies around the world. Additionally, she managed the attendee and registration processes and planned the first ever virtual Summit.

Meghan received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in information systems from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler and scuba diver.
