Allie Ries is a Senior Associate, Capital Formation at March Capital who supports the firm’s leadership with logistics related to fundraising and investor relations. Allie first joined March in the summer of 2021 to support the firm’s Capital Formation function and worked closely with March’s co-founders.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Allie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (B.B.A., cum laude, Marketing; concentration in advanced Digital Analytics). She also spent one year studying Music Production and Engineering at Berklee College of Music. Allie briefly left March in 2023 to explore a career in the music industry at Universal Music Group, where she helped build artist e-commerce stores, and played a significant role in the organization of the Malibu Chili Cook Off artist tent. Prior to joining March, Allie’s work experience included communications, data analytics, digital marketing, and event planning.

When’s she’s not in the office, you’ll find Allie playing guitar, softball, and enjoying a walk (hop) on the beach with her pet rabbit.
