Amara Gwyn is March Capital’s Event Manger where she oversees production logistics & partnerships for the firm’s events, including The Montgomery Summit. She ensures that every aspect of the March’s events are planned to catalyze meaningful interactions with lasting impact.

Born and raised nearby in scenic Malibu, California, Amara graduated from California Lutheran University (MBA with a concentration in Marketing; B.S., magna cum laude, Business Administration with departmental distinction; minor in German). After managing educator conferences across the United States and Canada, Amara joined March to apply her unique skill set to execute events for dynamic private technology companies. For Amara, orchestrating an event is more than a logistical challenge—it’s an opportunity to learn and to connect. Amara values the high level of inter-department collaboration at March.

Amara is as much an outdoor enthusiast as she is a planning virtuoso. Outside the office, you can find her planning her next adventure or engrossed in a good book with her cat, Hank, purring nearby.
