Deborah Lee is an Executive Assistant at March Capital, supporting office operations and providing high-level administrative support to Jed Leidheiser, Solomon Hailu, and Hyun Koo. A Los Angeles native, she received her degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University (B.A. Liberal Arts and Sciences) before venturing into education as a third-grade teacher.

Building upon her teaching experience, Debbie made a transition to the operations team at March, where she could utilize her well-honed administrative and organizational skills at the firm. This shift has allowed her to thrive within March’s collaborative culture, fostering her professional growth and facilitating cross-departmental relationships.

Outside of work, Debbie is an enthusiastic thrifter with a creative eye, an up-and-coming baker, a board game machine, and a devoted gamer.
