Fallon Goode is an Executive Assistant at March Capital, where she provides high-level administrative support to Jamie Montgomery. She oversees travel logistics, assists with major events including The Montgomery Summit, and coordinates across teams to ensure seamless operations throughout the firm.

Originally from Arizona and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Fallon graduated from Penn State University with degrees in Journalism and Political Science. She began her career in New York City in event production, later joining Compass, where she supported operations through the COVID-19 pandemic and the company’s 2021 IPO. After returning to the West Coast, Fallon brought her expertise in logistics, process creation, and creative problem-solving to a career in executive support.

Outside of work, Fallon can often be found on the tennis court, at the beach or cheering on the Dodgers. A passionate traveler, she’s always planning her next adventure.
