Lachlan is a Senior Associate, Platform & Marketing at March Capital. He supports business development initiatives for the firm’s portfolio companies and curates programming and the cohort of more than 100 private companies selected to participate in the firm’s flagship event, The Montgomery Summit. He also manages the firm’s communications and digital platforms.

Born in Los Angeles and raised between LA and Melbourne, Lachlan attended Claremont McKenna College (B.A., Economics and Government). After graduating from CMC, he worked for the coffee brand Bluestone Lane, where he led the digital transformation of the retail business and helped the company navigate the operational challenges of covid-19. Lachlan’s background in product management, digital strategy, and communications led him to join March Capital in June 2022. He values the thoughtful conversations with his colleagues and cross-functional collaboration at March.

Outside of work, Lachlan is an avid chef who enjoys bringing people together over a meal, exploring the California coast, swimming, hiking, and listening to a good novel.
