Lauren Holsinger is Chief of Staff at March Capital, working directly with co-founders Sumant Mandal and Jamie Montgomery to execute on firmwide priorities. She manages special projects, coordinates across teams, and handles the work that doesn’t fit neatly into any one function.

Lauren first joined March in the fall of 2016 and has held various operations roles, including Manager of Capital Formation during the firm’s fourth fundraise and was also the project manager for private events at The Montgomery Summit. March has more than doubled in size during her tenure.

Born and raised in Florida, Lauren is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A. International Studies and Japanese Language & Literature). Prior to joining March, Lauren lived in Miyazu, Japan, teaching English through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Lauren playing pickleball at Memorial Park or catching up with friends around Venice.
